About

What is Longer Journey?
At Longer Journey, we serve as your comprehensive health and wellness partner. Our platform facilitates virtual medical consultations and coordinates cost-effective, high-quality prescription treatments — all within the comfort of your home. Every one of our US-based physicians conducts a thorough assessment of each patient and prescribes medication therapy when suitable. Our mission is delivering accessible, affordable, and top-notch care to individuals across multiple states, with complimentary shipping and an unmatched online experience.
What is the Longer Journey process?
Choose the therapy you need, click 'Start Online Visit,' and answer a brief set of medical questions. Our team of US-based doctors will review your information and prescribe medications as necessary. Expect a response within approximately 24 hours. In certain states, a video consultation or live chat is required — your provider will reach out to complete the visit.
How much does Longer Journey cost?
You may qualify for a complimentary consultation with your order. If medication is appropriate, you can obtain it through Longer Journey at significantly reduced prices compared to other websites — often more cost-effective than your neighborhood pharmacy.

Other

Can I use my health insurance?
We do not accept insurance. We believe access to quality care shouldn't depend on a third party's opinion. Longer Journey has replaced insurance barriers with transparency and convenience — our consultation and medication prices are industry-leading and often cheaper than using insurance.
Is it legal to prescribe medications online?
Yes. Each doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients in the state you live in. This allows you to get the medications you need, on your schedule, hassle-free.
Can I use my local pharmacy?
Yes. You can choose to use your local pharmacy and our doctors can send your prescription to them. However, the most affordable and convenient option is through Longer Journey's network of affiliated pharmacies. We cannot guarantee drug pricing at your local pharmacy.
Who is your provider network?
We partner with MD Integrations — mdintegrations.com.
When will I be charged for my medication?
You will be billed for your medication when it ships, based on the treatment plan you select.
Is my information safe?
Yes. We take protecting your information seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.
How old do I have to be to use Longer Journey?
We treat patients 18 years of age and older. If you are younger than 18, please seek treatment from a local primary care physician.
If I'm having an emergency, what should I do?
In case of an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
Why do I need to submit a copy of my photo ID and take a picture of myself?
State regulations require that our medical providers see who they are treating. That is why we may ask you to take a picture of yourself and your photo ID.
